Travel Through the Galaxy this July at Science on the Rocks

All systems are fired up for lift off on Friday, July 19 for our next adult-only night at the Museum. Science on the Rocks: Space Camp CLT will transport you to another planet with space activities that are out of this world.

Are you ready for your next mission? Put on your space suit and say goodbye to Earth as you:

  • Prepare a rocket to launch into flight
  • Find out how much you would weigh in space
  • Join forces with fellow rocket scientists to dock the International Space Station
  • Make your own intergalactic treat out of donut holes
  • Strap on your laser tag gear and save the world from an alien invasions
  • And more gravity-defying activities

Must be 21 or older. All sales final. Activities subject to change. Photo ID required for Museum entry. All IDs will be checked at the door. Check-in will be at Tryon St. Admissions. Cash/credit bars featuring beer, wine and liquor throughout Levels 1 and 2. Parking fee for Discovery Place Science Parking Deck is not included. Curio City Kitchen will be open, serving beer, wine and a special menu.
